We will endeavour to run a pet memorial website open to any pet owner in the U.K. wishing to post a tribute (including dedications/poems/photos/pictures) that acknowledges the passing of an animal companion for a one time charge of £5.00.
By submitting material to us you are accepting the following terms and conditions:
Accepting tributes
All tributes and photos etc. (material) submitted for the website must be approved by Valley Pet Crematorium and Blackdown Hills Webcraft. We reserve the right to refund money paid and reject material submitted if we feel it to be inappropriate in any way.
Placing on the website
Accepted material will be posted on to the website as soon as possible (normally within one week of payment received) and will be maintained on the site indefinitely.
Maintenance
We will maintain the website to a high standard and make additions in a timely, careful and professional manner however we cannot accept responsibility for tributes that are lost/corrupted/damaged due to circumstances beyond our control in the ‘generic term for industry’. No refunds will be made.
Personal Information
Your personal details will not be stored or recorded in any way other than immediate administration requirements and will not be passed on to anyone else other than the company we use for processing credit/debit card payments.

Return of material
Material posted to us (i.e. not transmitted electronically) will be returned by post and will be sent by recorded delivery if an extra fee is paid for this. Returned items sent back without this charge paid cannot be assured of delivery to you.
Changes or additions
Adjustments made to or additions to current tributes will incur another full charge of the current fee.
